Sasquatch Sighting at Black Sturgeon Dam

August 7, 2018 at about 3 PM

A group were enjoying a nice afternoon outing at the Black Sturgeon Dam (located 3 km down the Red Rock Landfill Road, ) when they witnessed a large black creature dive into the river. Could have been a bear? Nope, likely most skeptics would think this, and so would I, however the creature came up out of the water on it's hind legs and ran across the waterway and into the forest.

The people happened to glance that direction about 200meters down stream, when they realized this was not a giant fisherman in black committing suicide, nor was it the obvious, as they first reasoned. When it sank in what the being actually was, their jaws dropped in amazement. The creature jumped in the water and stood up as a human would, and ran across to the West side with alarming speed, the man states, "It moved ten times faster than a human traversing the river." Another oddity is the group saw that it held a stick in it's hand. (There are known stories of Sasquatch Carrying tools such as sticks.)

This story of a Black Sturgeon Dam creature coincided with Kyle Turner's story of being at the Black Sturgeon dam and having an unshakeable feeling of being watched, while sometimes whistling could be heard. Both he and his friend were up stream one day, when they had followed massive fresh tracks out of the river and into a swamp in the area. You can see this on Sasquatch on Lake Superior II (Included.) The story came in August 15, and was far too late to go investigate the area for tracks, but it is nice to have the confirmation by more people of a Sasquatch in the area.

I'll be making mention of this on September 5 on Para-X.com - The Journey with Jen Kruse. Don't forget to drop in and listen live! - 10 PM EST
